I have a 4.3 GL and the serpentine belt will not stay properly tensioned. When I rotate the tensioner counterclockwise it will not stay in place as it will slowly move clockwise, releasing tension and in turn creating black rubber dust in my engine compartment.
Likely a bad Tensioner?
