I have a 1997 Colbalt 223 bowrider with a Volvo Penta DPS outdrive. I pulled the outdrive and had great trouble getting the trim cylinder rear rod out of the outdrive upper unit. When I went to put the rod back I noticed a bolt going up the middle of the drive unit obstructing the placement of the rod. I have no idea what the bolt is for and don't see any way to access it. Any help much appreciated.
