I have a 2004 Volvo penta 4.3gxi-e. Just had a tune up, new everything. Fuel and oil filters changed. Boat runs great, only problem is on a cold start. Engine revs very high then dies. Second start is good, normal idle and runs fine. I'm worried that the high idle on cold start will harm the motor. Thoughts?
