Volvo Penta Impeller Replacement

I need a little advice from some of the more experienced Volvo Penta owners. I recently purchased a 2008 Regal 2000 with the 5.0 GXI engine. The boat only has 19 hours on it and it has been well maintained. Annual maintenance, winterizing, ect has always been done. The issue is the impeller has never been changed.
Is this something I should do before I put it in the water for the season?

Even though the boat only has 19 hours on it, that impeller is still 10 years old, and its an annual inspection (if not outright replacement) part. On a late model volvo, its a very simple job, and you should definitely do it.

With only 19 hours on it, each hour of use was $1200 in depreciation.

Change the impeller, and the bellows. Parts age whether you use the boat or not

Change out the Impeller
It's a cheap fix compared to what you might have to do to fix the problems it will create if it comes apart.( Impeller)
volvo penta impeller 21213664 about $35.00
