I have a Volvo Penta SP-C with 4.3L 430B Engine.
Pulled the outdrive to do bellows maintenance & replacement.
When I pulled the drive out from transom, noticed there was oil in the U-Joint bellows. Should oil be there?????
Where could it come from?

Also the number molded into the bellows was 872281. Can anybody confirm that this has been replaced by Part 876294? Where's the best place to buy OEM Volvo parts.

… Any tips? Would be very grateful for your help.

oil most likely came from your input shaft seal. is there rust on your u-joints? if so, water got in there, caused the shaft to rust, the rust ate the seal.

I buy my parts thru the iboats links (volvopentastore.com)
