Hi, i m looking for sx-a trim motor only specs(hp, watts, amps, or whatever else). Or even in general , what are the specs for any standard trim motor(not pump).
I am trying to find motor only for my sx-a , but nothing under $1300 , so i am thinking i can custom fit one, but need to know what to look for. So far i know that is is 12 volts DC reversable polarity, and that's about it. Thanks in advance.

Since you plan on cobbling something together, how about looking at aftermarket? You can buy a complete new aftermarket setup for little over 400 bucks or motor only for less.

It's an oildyne 108 hydraulic unit. You can get the whole thing (pump, motor, reservoir) new for as low as $360 for a true Parker/oildyne unit or a complete knockoff from DB electrical for $160

Why on earth would you pay more?

Scott are you referring to the normal trim pumps located in the engine compartment? The SX-A pumps are mounted on the outside of the transom. I haven't seen a non-Volvo version yet.
