Bellows adhesive to use or not to use. I have a 1998 OMC VP SX Cobra sterndrive. Does the u joint bellows require the adhesive on the gimble side or is it better to use nothing. Seems there are multiple answers out there on this topic.
I have done it both ways. The latest instructions that came with the latest bellows(plastic) that I just installed this last fall, made no mention of adhesive so I did not use any.
