VolvO Penta SX Outdrive vibration

The outdrive on my Volvo Penta SX has a vibration in nuetral. I assumed gimbal, pulled the drive and opened it also. Visually there is no apparent wear, everything looked good. When on the water (in nuetral) the vibration can be felt in the floor of the boat. I would appreciate any advice on this situation.

Could be the u-joints. How does it sound when you turn the drives hard right and hard left? Did you check alignment when you had the drive off? I had an alignment issue once and setting the alignment reduced my vibrations.
