Hi
I am changing out my propeller due to a chunk being taken out of it. Following the manual and have removed the propeller and it slid of easily. The next step is to remove the Thrust Bushing. My question is a pretty simple one. Is this the thrust bushing.

I assume it is - and it should come off prior to coating the prop shaft. Can you confirm this is the thrust bushing and it should come off.
Also what is the best way to get it off, as it appears to be pretty tight. Do you even have to remove it?
Thanks for any advice offered
Cheers
