Volvo Penta v6 240 alarm code reader

Can anyone provide me where and what to purchase a code reader for a volvo penta v6 240 I/O? I have a beep that goes off about every 5 seconds. I have checked temperature, oil, temp sensors, etc. I believe it has something to do with temperature, but boat runs great. Temp stays below 150, oil pressure is 60 to 80. Impeller is cool to touch. after about 5 mins of run, the alarm beeps every 5 seconds. It is driving me crazy. Also just had complete service on boat: oil, impeller, lower unit oil, etc.. I would like to be able to read the whatever code the computer is sending.

Another question. Is there a list of issues that cause the alarm to beep?
This is what I have heard so far
- high temperature
- bad temp sensor
- low oil pressure
