Volvo Penta Water Leak

Just wondering if anyone could help me out. There is a leak with water coming from the transom, through the gimble bearing, and hitting the flywheel with the water coming out of the housing beside the starter. Bellow boots and gimble bearing have all been replaced about 3 weeks ago. Freeze plugs are all good, and no signs of a cracked block. Ujoints are all rusted which tells me the water is coming through the back. I have checked all the seals and everything seemed to be sealed fine. Cannot find the leak, if anyone has any advise it would be much appreciated

looks like a popped core plug behind the flywheel, starter most likely needs replacement also
