Volvo SX-M Gear Box shift box help needed

I am trying to figure out how to remove the pin so I can change out the seals, but I can't seem to get it off., I have tried a few things in the hole to unscrew it, figured it would unscrew or something of sorts, but nothing, I used Precision Screwdrivers and no luck. I have attached the picture of the box and if you can help me on what I need to do so I can get the seals changed, I would appreciate any help. thanks.

You'll need to carefully drive the center (tension) pin down to pullout the side (piston) pin.
