Volvo to OMC outdrive ?

I have a Volvo Penta AQ131 I'm selling to someone looking to replace their blown 3.0 with OMC Cobra outdrive. Can they just bolt this up or will they also need to purchase a Volvo 270 outdrive ?

Ayuh,.... Is that a 3.0l motor,..?? by GM,..??
If so, they just need the Long Block, not the Volvo stuff at all...

AQ131 is Volvo's own, 2.3 litre (not a Ford engine).

In that case, I'd guess the answer for Knot Sure is,..
They'll need the Whole driveline, V-belt to Prop...

Thanks guys I thought so; but wasn't quite sure if there were some type of after market coupler he could use.
