I have a fully rebuilt aq140 with only 15hours on the clock. Since last week, I have noticed that the water in the heat exchanger is being blown out of the heat exchanger cap. I experienced an increase in running temperature and it went up to 102°c twice, but start cooling down as soon as I decrease the speed. Please help. I hope its not a head gasket.

Hate to say it but you have a blown head gasket. Going to 103*C (217*F) did some damage
Could also be the rebuild wasn't done right and caused the gasket to blow
