I have a strange wiring issue with one of the engines in my 2004 FourWinns 280 Horizon. Last week everything was working, but not the Port engine will not do anything. I've found 2 issues, but I don't know if they are connected or is they explain the problem - I'm more a mechanic than an electrician.

Problem 1 is at the ignition switch the power feed (red and purple wire) read 12 volts with the ignition turned off, but when I move the key to the first position the voltage drops too practically nothing. I switched the power feed with the feed to the other engine and the engine starts as normal, so I seem to have an issue with the Red and Purple power feed, but what I don't know.

Problem 2. The Orange wire to the alternator shown no voltage. The same wire on the other engine ahs 12 volts.

I don't have the correct wiring diagram for the engine so if someone knows where I can get one that would be great. Any other suggestions would also be welcome - Thanks in advance.

I certainly don't know the answer but I think more information is needed. Like specifics on the engine and drive combos and serial numbers if possible

Most likely there is a corrosion issue.
Battery to starter post red
Bat post to 90amp (square block thing on starter post)
90amp fuse to 50amp breaker on motor red
50amp breaker to motor connector pin 6 red/purple
pin 6 to 20amp fuse to key switch red/purple

Check the connections. Need to remove cables and wires to clean, and check fuses

Problem 2. The Orange wire to the alternator shown no voltage. The same wire on the other engine ahs 12 volts.
Check the 90amp fuse that mentioned above

Thanks for your help = replaced the main wire to the ignition switch via the engine cut off and it's working now.
