VP 5.0 GXI-G SX-A Trim No Power

I have a 2007 Larson 228 LXI with a Volvo Penta 5.0 GXI-G/SX-A. The Trim does not engage, I have checked the switch, no power to the switch. I traced the wire back to where it goes through the hull to the pump on the outside and there appears to be a "Inline Fuse Link"? I honestly have no idea what it would be called. Unplugged all the connections and tested it is not getting power on any side of the connection. Does the trim switch need to be engaged to allow power through? I was not able to find a fuse block on this boat.

Any thoughts/suggestions/wiring diagram are appreciated.

Trim switch is what energizes the relays which then sends power to the pump

Check breaker and fuse

Thank you for the reply. I will see if I can find the fuse in Arrow 10. Any idea where the breaker would be? The ones on the dash are all reset.
