VP 570 Cap and Rotor

Can someone please give me a part numbers for the cap and rotor on my 1991 VP 5.7. The sticker on my engine shroud looks like it says:

570A/PS
4100121767
868273

The first line is faded and VERY hard to read so I might not be correct on this part. Thanks in advance.
