VP SX-M zerk

VP SX-M on a 1998 Wellcraft

The zerk on the starboard side of the housing is gone - it may have come off when this area was being cleaned. Is it a standard zerk fitting available anywhere, or do I need to order it from some place specifically?

If I have to order a specific zerk fitting, do I have to get OEM. Will I need to get a new tube too?
