I have a TJ40ELESR that is leaking fuel from the fuel intake line. As I was attempting to remove the fuel hose, the nozzle came off. It looks like it was designed to come off but I'm not sure. This was also the place where fuel was leaking out.

There was also some milky substance around the nozzle. Is this oil/water mix?

Are you sure that is not the oil side of the pump. The fuel line usually goes to the big side.

Doesn't matter as sonic weld is broken......replace VRO or install a standard fuel pump and premix. There is no glue that will bond that together....

Thank you sir. I was looking at epoxy and it seems like it will not hold or it is extremely expensive.

Would the fuel pump be the one with a fuel line in and line out only or the one that also has the line for the pulse limiter?
