I have a VRO pump off a 2002 Johnson 90hp and one from a 2001 50hp.
Is the only difference, is that the fuel/oil mix outlet is smaller on the VRO from the 50hp?
Thanks

Housing is smaller but not sure hole is smaller based on the pucture..
Housing is exactly the same size on both.
Every part is identical except fuel out.
Had a small air leak in my original so I took the fuel out fitting and put it on the 50hp one.
Going to fire it up tomorrow

I don't think it matters, the fuel line to the carbs steps down to a smaller fuel line right away

I should have stated the OD of the part where the hole is. Did not mean housing of unit. Sorry for any confusion. From the pics, the holes looked the same ID but the outside of that part where a hose would fit over is bigger on one over the other.

Have you considered mixing 50:1 in the tank. Did that with a 1990 Johnson 140 VRO and it idled perfectly. Wish I had done it much sooner.
