Wahoo boats?

Does anyone know anything about these boats?<br />Is the company still in business?<br />Are they good boat builders?<br /><br />I ran into a 1970 Wahoo for sale. I will look at it this weekend. I think it is 26' center console. It will need some restoration, so I am wondering if it's considered a good project boat. <br /><br />Any personal experience info is appreciated. <br />

I asked this question about a month ago with little response. We just purchased a 16 ft. dual console Wahoo and we love it. We were looking for Whalers, but this seemed to be a smarter purchase. I don't think that they are in business anymore. You may try Robalo since I have heard that they might be involved with Wahoo.<br /><br />Good luck

Someone told me that Wahoo is still building boats today. It is built under a name of "Pacemaker".
