Yes it is doable. I assisted with the installation of a tower on a Sea Ray last winter, and it was easy. The after market towers will fit on most any boat. With that said, I like the classic look of Glastron's, so I would not even think to mess with the look by adding a tower to your boat. You might be able to sway me towards a ski pylon, but never a tower on a good looking Glastron.

That look like practical. Most manufacturers of towers say an 18ft boat is the recommended minimum for a tower proper. I know people who have put them on 16ft boats and it was fine. Improves turning ability for sure and keeps the boat more even when rider is outside wake. Before the tower it seemed like we were about to tip the boat over.

Is there anyway you can get a picture of that bassboat with a tower? I have been wondering how that would look.

Is that an item available from here?

Looks like just what I want for my 18' fishing boat for those times the wife wants to tube.

Now to figure out a good trolling/tubing speed so we can both be happy :)

That's pretty creative!!! I bet all that heavy treated wood causes the wake to grow a little.
We stacked barbell plates onto the fishin seat post up front. Big improvement.
