Just a short vid I made of my trip down the Wakulla River the other day. Nothing fancy, but there are some pretty cool pics and clips of the river itself as well as the critters that live on it, including a clip of a pair of Bald Eagles flying around and screeching at each other. The shots at the end are of my trusty ol' '59 Arkansas Traveler DUT-14, aluminum tiller skiff. Enjoy.

Yeah, I had to duck down low to get that little 3-D shot ;) I gotta ask Santa for a GoPro this year. Using a tiller in one hand, with a camera in the other while trying to do the "limb"-o isn't the easiest thin in the world.

That was great. I love Florida's waterways and the "Limb" O pun was good!

Re: Wakulla River, FL vid

Thanks y'all. I was supposed to go the day before, but that got stood up at the last minute and I was kinda bummed. I decided to go the next day by myself and it couldn't have been better. I saw just about every critter possible, including a redtale hawk that flew right across my bow and some others, but I couldn't get to the camera in time. The water was a wee bit cloudy down stream for some reason, but it was fine up by the bridge. At one point, I was sitting on my casting deck under the giant cypress tree in the pics and I could see a mama and baby manatee swimming and surfacing about 40-50 feet from the boat, while a group of kayakers were on the far side of the river loading up their gear, and the family of Bald Eagles flying and screeching over head. Pretty perfect all and all. Oh, and I just couldn't resist the limb-o pun :p It was just too easy.
