water coming in

when I put the outdrive up im getting water coming in through the transom. even when the outdrive is all the way drown it still comes in not as much. any thoughts

bellows? when were they last replaced? If new maybe the seal around the transom? Hit anything recently? My bet would be the bellows though

Sounds like bellows if it slows down some when the drive is down.

what year drive? most likely is a bellows, however time to start investigating
