water coming out from around top sparkplug of 115 inline mercury

I have had trouble lately getting my boat to run right and found today that water is coming out from top cylinder around or near the top spark plug. I'm thinking this may be a cracked head or somewhere in the cooling system and an expensive fix. Anyone had this problem or now what will have to be done.

You can TRY to replace the gasket, but those bolts often break leading to a bigger issue. Best to dry it REAL well and try to stop / slow it from the outside with sealant
