water coming out of cylinder head????

I have a 1987 evinrude 88hp. There is water coming out of the cylinder head cover. I have replaced the gasket but water is still coming out in. Could there be something blocked to to force the water to leak out? and help would great thanks.

if it is comeing out of the head gasket area you could have a warped head
if so the cover can warp as well take the head and the cover and put some emery on a piece of glas and surface them in a circle 8 motion
.or take to a machine shop and have them check and surface make sure .
you torque in sequence
