Is it coming out warm or cold? If it's warm, it's likely where the water goes after cooling the engine and would likely be normal, as long as it's not draining down from someplace water should not be (inside the cowling).
I'd think the owners' manual would have that info.

It is cold clean water. it take a a few seconds for the leg to fill up and flow out. the pee stream is strong and the engine runs at normal temp.no water inside cowling.. it like it excess from the water pump.
Find videos online of the same engine running. My guess is that if it is cold, it is not normal. Maybe there is a drain **** opened that should be closed?
