Ted.... Those water deflectors are simply a piece of rubber fuel hose with an outside diameter of 3/8". Go to any automotive type store, NAPA, whatever, and buy a foot or two of it.<br /><br />Make sure that you cut the sections long enough to go the full depth. Clean the area with a small rat tail file, then use WD40 or some such lubricant to make the installation a little easier.<br /><br />On your engine (135), there's a deflector between the cylinders, and another one between the bottom cylinder and the block. Their purpose is to deflect the water in a definite direction.<br /><br />The problem is that the deflector between the top and bottom cylinder may swell sideways due to overheating or salt deposits, swelling to a degree outward towards the block so that it restricts the water flow, causing that bank to run hot.
