87 ChrisCraft Stringer 800. When running on muffs I have water pouring out from intermediate housing. Engine runs well, no cooling or other issues. Just wondering if this is normal?

Where is it pouring from? Is this in seawater or fresh?

Dunno' about a healthy 800, but my reasonably healthy electric shift doesn't really have a "tell-tale" stream. It's more of a controlled geyser :D The gaskets at the trunions on mine are pretty shot - so the water flow "out" is kinda' dynamic.

Bad quality image, but here's mine runnin' on the hose.

water should pour healthily out the grate in the anode at the bottom of the intermediate on an 800. About 90% of the water will typically exit there, and the rest out the prop.
