Water from Mid Section '85 115hp X-Flow

I had an issue with water running down the midsection from right under the powerhead. Since I pulled the powerhead to install new lower bearing and seal I checked the powerhead to midsection gasket and it looked great. I replaced the gasket before installing the powerhead but I still have the water running down the midsection and it appears a low water flow through the engine.
I will pull the powerhead again but what should I look for? Are there other gaskets I'm missing (under thermostat housing, etc.)?
