Hello all, just want to see if anyone else has had this issue. Looks like a threaded hole to the right of my top spark plug on an inline 6 merc 115. It has water not shooting but slowly running out of it. I assume something is supposed to be in this hole. Anyone know?? I had someone post something saying a temp sensor??<br />Thanks..........

I had the same prob on a v8.Is it a pipe thread in the head???A pipe thread looks like you are supposed to put a rachet handle on it to turn.It may just look like a hole if it is coroded or if you cant see it good. Charlie

don't know what you have exactly, but if the head ever had a crack in it sometimes you can do what they call block stitching which is a way of saving a block.......sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn"t,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
