water getting into cylinders after running hot

I ran 40 hp force about 5 minutes didnt know the water pump wasnt working so replaced water pump and water is dripping from 2 areas on powerhead and around head gasket,checked cylinder pressure and showed 140 lb on both cylindersthought about replacing head gasket and exaust gasket and cranking engine

There could be a tear on the gasket albeit on the outer side instead of the inner side. But first try re-torquing the bolts and if the leaks continue it's time to change head gasket.

Even with 140# it can still leak.
If it's bad enough to leak on the outside too I'd take the head off and check for damage!
