Water in lower unit oil

Hi all well I finally get my Motor witch is a 1968 65 hp Johnson
Water worthy runs real good I've been fixing it while it's in a barrel full of water .I checked the gear oil that I just changed and it's milky in color witch from reading many post here is water the oil dosent leak out tho .now the problem is it's not the same lower unit it's been changed in the past it's the same color as evenrud so I'm thinking that's what it is .now do they make gaskets kits for lower units cuz I'll just change everything also I'm having trouble trying to figure out the wireing for the tac but more on that later I'm gonna put it in water tomorrow and probley find more stuff wrong

drain all oil out of lower unit and reinstall drain/fill plugs. Apply 12lbs compressed air on regulator in tank with water. Look for the leak. Make sure you spin main and prop shaft. Good luck

Make sure to replace the gaskets/washers on the drain plugs, they are the the cause of most water intrusion leaks on lower units.
