Water in middle cylinder

Looks to be simple, I will change the Cylinder Head Gasket but should I also change what they call the gasket for cover and the thermostat gasket?

At the same time should it be a good call to change the 2 Exhaust manifold and the Plate to crankcase gaskets?

it will cover 99% of the bases, to do it all. also good time to change tstat and poppet.

What is the Poppet? is it the gasket between head and cover.

I forgot to say, when the engin died, water came out from the side between crankcase and cylinder case. I will change this seal, but does this help you to point out the exact problem.
