water in oil problem

i recently aquired a boat with a 5.7 mercruiser motor. when i started the motor water got into the oil and became milky it only ran for about 2 minutes before i shut it off . i did a compresion test and all everything checked out at about 125 psi could this be a manifold problem?

Probably either a cracked block or intake manifold from freezing over the winter. Did you winterize the boat and drain the cooling system for winter........ assuming you live in a cold area. Have no way of knowing.
