water in oil tank?

hey evryone. thanks for the help with starter relay i finally got it fixed. opn to the oil tank. i was going to drain all the oil out of the tank and i noticed the oil was gelled..i quess that is a word.. its gooey looking and thick.. i drained all of the oil out but im afraid there is some in oil pump and lines. what can i do to clear all this gooey stuff out.. thx alot
