I was taking the boat out today and was doing my usual checks. The oil was about a half quart low.
It looked fine on the dipstick but when i removed the fill cap i noticed the inside of the cap was milky brown.
Is it normal for these 4.3 motors to have enough condensation in them to cause this?
I recently had new head gaskets put on and complete tune up and oil change. The engine seems to run great.Temp stays around 150.
I also noticed some condesation coming out of the hoses from the valve covers that go to the spark arrestor....it just got me wondering..
