Is that the transom seal or an exhaust seal? I seperated the manifolds from the y-pipe and was surprised to see the flappers were still there. I stuck the hose down the y-pipe and did not see any water leaking into the bilge, just the exhaust holes under the out drive and the exhaust bellow. That means the y-pipe is alright correct? I removed the piece of saggy gasket and ran a bead of 5200 under there, so tomorrow I'll fill the bilge up and see if there is still a leak. If this solves the leak, I realize this is just a temporary fix.
