Water leak from in upper cowl. (1999 115)

Whats up with this ? I have water leaking inside the cowl the engine run's great and has a strong stream of water that comes out from the pie hole looks like a leak behind the 3 rubber tubes in the back / water gaskets . Here's a pic. You can see the water leaking down from the upper cowl down the shaft.

Pop off the cowling and see where the water is leaking from.

I will in the spring. It looks like its the 3 rubber boots in the back that are leaking, do you know what they call them ? I think they are called the The exaust grommets.

Boats away for the year but my buddy also had the same problem on his intruder he said a common defect was the GROMMET & INSERT it looks like i have the same leak will look into it in the spring.

So it looks like the water is leaking from the upper seem I retorqued the bolts but it still leaks can any harm come by this if I run it as is ?

Looks like the exust gasket housing that need to be changed ? # 16 in the pic. Is this a big job ?
