I have a 1996 2 cycle 5hp force outboard. I just recently noticed that at the seam of the lower unit and exhaust housing there is a water leak. I have since also noticed water coming from the nut holding the lower unit as well as the rubber stopper on the exhaust housing itself. The leak at the nut actually as bubbles that are filling with exhaust gas. I have marked the points with red arrows. I greatly appreciate any and all help.
