Water logged styro?

Is it possible for a toon with styrofoam to become waterlogged and make the boat sit low in water? 18 foot with 70 horse merc.

Sure it's possible, I have heard of it happening before. Definitely worth looking into and getting repaired if that is the case. Good luck....
