water pressure gauge question

I just bought some new gauges for my boat, and it came with a 0-60 psi pressure gauge (oil I guess) Can I use this as a water pressure gauge? Where is a water pressure gauge tube or sending hooked at on my 85 Johnson 150? Installing new CMC jack plate and needed a gauge.

gauge wont work need 30lb max 60deg motor there is a 1/8 inch pipe plug under the ign cover in the back of eng between the heads
