water pressure guage stopped working???

when i went for a test ride before i bought the boat the water pressure guage worked. bought the boat and it sat for 2 months before used again. now the guage dosn't work! it's a 1991 evinrude 250 V8. i have good pressure coming out of the pisser and hub. is this an easy fix or do i need a new guage? TIA...james

Sounds like the water tube to the guage is stopped up. Disconnect it at both ends and blow thru it. If its clear and the guage still doesn't work the check the hose bib where to make sure its clear.
