for about 35 dollars you can buy the entire upper housing kit. it takes an hour or so to install if the fasteners are not corroded. longest I spent was 6 hours but i had a bit of trouble convincing the studs to come out of the housing . salt bites.<br /> good luck and keep posting

Ever have to cut the impeller off the shaft with a hacksaw because the brass married the driveshaft? That's almost as fun.
