Water pumping from exhaust housing holes

Hi I just put a new impeller In my 04, 15 hp 2 stroke mercury , and I noticed before I put it in , which it's doing it now too, it's peeing fine a little hot tho and there's water coming out 2 holes on each side of the exhaust housing right where the swivel arm connects is that normal?
