Re: water temp

Are you reading the factory temp gauge (the lowest cost gauge on the dash), or are you using a tool such as an IR thermometer, ot thermo-couples?

If you have a 160 degree thermostat, and your gauge is off, you may be fine. I would rent an IR thermometer myself to know

Re: water temp

if your asking if Faria gauges are reliable, the answer is they are as reliable as any other brand. are they accurate - NO none of the gauges are accurate. they are accurateish.

another question. we assume you put in a new impeller when you did the thermostat, correct?
