I have a 98 Bass Tracker that I took all motors off, cleaned out all compartments, and it is still so heavy that I cannot pick up the trailer tongue. It belonged to a friend who let it sit in the weather for the last 10 yrs. I'm assuming that the foam flotation is waterlogged. An aluminum hull should not be that heavy. Any thoughts?

Actually weigh it. Go to a scale and weigh it

I recently picked up a 1995 Tracker (aluminum) with a 75 hp Merc. on it. My boat is 18 ft. with a galv. trailer. With the Merc on the back acting as a counter weight I still can not pick up the front of the trailer. What length is your boat? As Scott said...take it to a scale and check the weight.
There is alot of weight forward of your axle regardless of it being water logged or not.
