1988 Yamaha 115 4-cyl
-all cylinders 135-140 psi
-all cylinders good spark
it runs like this: put-put-put-sputter-put-put-put-sputter-put-put-put-sputter-
if i remove the wire for plug #1 it runs at 75% but no sputter. put wire back on and it starts sputtering again.

waterpump: enough water circulates to come out the tell (pee hole) yet the water doesnt necessarily make it up to the top right cylinder (starboard) which leads to overheat buzzer.
there is water coming out 4 holes near bottom of housing just above or maybe just below cavitation plate. is this normal to have 'extra' water coming out from there?
