waterpump installation

heres a quick question....when installing the waterpump do you use sealant anywhere on the waterpump. also when reinstalling the lower unit to the housing...no gasket????sealant????

What motor?

In general, nothing required at all bolting up the gearcase to lower unit.

If the pump has a wear plate, I seal it to the motor housing. I also use OMC Gasket Sealing Compound on the impeller housing threads.
