Plugs cold fouled again. What's causing this. should I have a full 12 volts at coil. Only have about 9 volts - don't know why? A little less at module. Do I check spark with engine running, or just with key/run? Now I don't know if mixture is to rich or coil? Timing is OK. Had Delco plugs, now put in Champions, but same thing - Cold fouled / dry black. No white or blue smoke from exhaust. Compression is OK. What am I doing wrong? Any ideas? By the way this is a 1996 4.3LX 2bbl w/TB V (no knock mod.) Tried almost everything to fix, NO luck yet!
